What you do:
As the Brand Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with creative agencies and media buying partners and make a real impact on how we connect with our customers. One day you could be on-set producing engaging films, the next you could be shaping our brand’s presence on our website or in social media channels.
A guardian of the iSelect brand, you'll ensure consistency across all touchpoints and channels, including developing marketing collateral, creating compelling content, managing brand guidelines, and engaging with stakeholders to bring our brand to life. You'll work closely with our Brand and Customer team, as well as vertical leadership teams, to drive marketing efforts that align with our broader business goals.

What you need:
- Over 3 years of experience in brand or marketing roles
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with campaign development, brand management principles and digital marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate brand feedback into clear actionable advice for both internal and external stakeholders, in both written and verbal formats
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Creative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Skilled at building relationships across all business levels
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
