Join our high-performing Health Insurance team as a Comparison Expert. Curate top deals, drive sales, and offer advice on bill comparisons in Australia. With comprehensive training, selling tools and techniques, we blend customer needs with sales success. To be successful in the role: 

  • Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance – desirable 
  • Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences  
  • Highly motivated to exceed KPIs  
  • Demonstrated resilience and drive, capable of handling multiple consecutive outbound sales calls  
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to guide informed decision-making  
  • Quick learning agility with complex computer systems  
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments  
  • Highly engaged and collaborative, thriving as a key member of a high-performing team 
  • Available to work from home and in our CBD office; Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
