To be successful in the role:
- Experience in either call centres, phone-based sales or selling insurance – desirable
- Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly motivated to exceed KPIs
- Demonstrated resilience and drive, capable of handling multiple consecutive outbound sales calls
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to guide informed decision-making
- Quick learning agility with complex computer systems
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Highly engaged and collaborative, thriving as a key member of a high-performing team
- Available to work from home and in our CBD office; Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm (AEST) on a rotating roster
