What you will do:

The End User Computing - Engineer works collaboratively with all employees within iSelect and is responsible for the provision of a range of customer services to support the efficient and effective operation of the desktop environment, core and other relevant office business applications and related ICT infrastructure.

Key responsibility will be front lining our IT support team, providing helpdesk support and managing the provisioning and decommissioning of equipment. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring that our systems run smoothly.

This is a casual position.

What you need:

Ideally you will have some experience in a similar position, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a customer focus, you will preferably possess:

  • Attention to detail a MUST!
  • Must have can do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies & process
  • Experience using MS Active Directory management, AzureAD and Office 365  
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Preferred experience in desktop / laptop deployment using Intune
  • Intermediate MS Office troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in managing MS Teams and Zoom platform
  • Knowledge and understanding of ‘Cloud’ based technology
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • A good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools
  • Broad knowledge on the hardware and software components in end user computing
