What you do:

The Technology Operations & Infrastructure Manager is a leadership role in iSelect's Technology business, reporting to the Executive - Technology. This is a diverse role with responsibilities across;

  • Infrastructure and Network Management - manage and maintain office network, data center infrastructure, servers, and storage systems
  • Platform / desktop support with a passion for the end user experience - accountable for Customer, digital and integration platforms support, triaging and adherence to agreed SLA's
  • Incident Management - ownership over the incident management process, including communications to key stakeholders and reporting
  • Vendor Management - manage numerous key vendors across the Technology team
  • Operational Automation - continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiencies
  • Technology Project Management and Leadership - take the lead on technology focused projects and key initiatives

What you need:

  • Experience with on-prem infrastructure, network management and IT operations
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 / 11 desktop operating systems
  • Administration / support of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, MS suite of products
  • Administration of Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Cloud computing, virtualization and DevOps practices
  • Incident Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
  • Experience managing multiple vendors
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Very capable in problem solving with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field 
  • ITIL certification is strongly preferable
