Assistant Manager

Join our team as an experienced Assistant Manager and take the next step in your hospitality career, with growth opportunities across our two properties - Isa Hotel & Redearth Boutique Hotel, Mount Isa. 

You will be an integral part of the team, reporting into the Hotel Manager. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations and leading a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.

The Successful Candidate:

• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming and retail environment.
• Hands-on Manager with a proven track record in Duty Management / Assistant Management roles
• Current RSA, RSG, CLO, RMLV & Approved Managers Licence
• Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
• Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
