Available Positions:

Retail Attendants:

As a Retail Attendant, you’ll be the face of our stores, providing outstanding customer service, managing transactions, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.

Retail Duty Managers:

If you have leadership experience, our Duty Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure smooth store operations during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with product recommendations and purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure compliance with RSA regulations and uphold responsible service of alcohol standards.
• As a Duty Manager, supervise daily operations, manage staff, and maintain a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

• RSA certification is required for all positions.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Retail experience is a plus for Retail Attendants, but not essential.
• Leadership and management skills for Duty Manager roles.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
