Redearth Boutique Hotel & Isa Hotel are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen teams across both venues in Mount Isa, QLD.  

As the Head Chef you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation whilst motivating the team to deliver a high-quality food and dining experience.

About you:

• A Hands-on leader with a proven track record
• A real passion for the industry and the food you deliver to the guests
• A high-level of initiative, with the desire to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table
• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
• Strong background running Multi-outlet Venues - minimum 3 years full time
• Has an ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
