We’re looking for a motivated, full time Tenant Support Administrator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Tenant Support Administrator, you will create positive customer experiences and build meaningful relationships. This will be achieved by managing enquiries from people with disabilities who are seeking Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Housing and matching them with available properties.
Specifically you will:-
- Communicate professionally with potential tenants via phone and email.
- Build rapport with tenants and guide them through the transition into SDA.
- Proactively address tenant concerns and collaborate with your team to find efficient solutions.
- Manage leads, expressions of interest, and prospects using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Accurately prepare and send documents through Office 365 and Zoho Apps.
- Develop a strong understanding of the SDA scheme and its impact on people with disabilities.
- Enjoy a break from the desk with occasional external tasks, such as hosting property viewings.
- Represent Adapt Housing at industry events and meetings.
What You WON’T Be Doing:
This role does not involve cold calling or sales KPIs – it is all about service, not sales pressure.
About You
You will be a customer centric individual with a passion for helping others. An open-minded and optimistic approach to learning new skills will ensure your success in building meaningful relationships and delivering outstanding service.

You will have:-
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
- An ability to learn and embrace technology and various software programs.
- The willingness to work onsite in our beautiful office in Brisbane’s CBD.
- A current driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Your own vehicle to attend occasional property viewings if the company car is not available (reimbursement for work-related travel using your own car is paid on a per km basis).
- Ideally, some experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management would be advantageous but is not essential.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of both you and our clients, up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for this role.
