As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team initiatives and contributing to the overall success of developing and executing various marketing campaigns across the business. You’ll support the marketing team with daily administration tasks, coordinate marketing projects and contribute to the creation of marketing materials and content.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution, and monitors campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Creating and editing marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with the brand's voice.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintains marketing databases.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate corporate photoshoots as required.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Open to a recent graduate or a person in their final semester of university.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Organised work approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and effective time management.
  • Results driven, proactive and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
