Primary Function of Position:
We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our Human Experience & Success Team under the IT Digital Workplace organization.
This position will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and platforms. The UI Designer will work closely with the UX team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience, while also adhering to our company's branding and design guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UX team to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create visually stunning user interfaces and interactive designs.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
- Ensure that the UI design aligns with the overall UX strategy and branding guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing UI/UX design skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Intuitive through our direct sourcing partner, Raise who manages Intuitive’s Contractor Talent Community. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Raise and will not be an employee of Intuitive.
