The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Process Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Process Leads who will focus on delivering structured, consistent, and innovative solutions to key operational processes. You will be integral to ensuring that our processes are documented, standardised, and optimised, contributing to greater efficiency, quality, and scalability as we continue to grow.

As the Technical Process Manager, you will have the chance to shape the future of our operations by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies like IoT, robotics, and AI analytics. You will work closely with line management and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to best practices, identify areas for improvement, and help drive a culture of high performance and innovation.

You will bring:

  • Degree qualification in an engineering-related discipline
  • Proven ability to review, document, and standardise processes to drive clarity and efficiency
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experienced in implementing change management processes to support continuous improvement
  • Knowledgeable in lean principles and quality management systems to optimise operations
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects while effectively communicating complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
