The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Community Relations Manager to support our Greater Brisbane operations teams in delivering effective community and stakeholder relations. Using your strong customer service skills, you will play a key role in minimising stakeholder impacts through communication, planning, and relationship management.

In this role, you will develop strong relationships between clients, communities, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing communication plans, maintaining a community contact line, conducting face to face engagement. You will liaise with residents and businesses to address concerns, train internal staff in customer relations, and prepare detailed reports on community interactions, issues, and outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Current and valid Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to travel to different sites across Greater Brisbane as required (a company vehicle will be provided for this)
  • Excellent customer service and great attention to detail
