The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for a Commercial / Contract Administrator to join the team. With your expertise, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual aspects of infrastructure construction projects within the water industry, ensuring compliance with the New Engineering Construction (NEC4) contract model. 

You are well versed in maintaining transparency of project costs, managing claims, and overseeing subcontractor agreements on a cost-plus-fee basis. Your strength lies in collaborating with project managers, PMO team members and subcontractors to ensure all contractual requirements are met.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Professional certification such as MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of NEC4 contract principles and provisions
  • Proven experience in contract administration or commercial management within the construction or infrastructure industry
