The Opportunity

As the Bid Coordinator, you will join the regional bid management team and assist in the preparation of materials to support tenders, bids and related reporting. As a highly organised professional, you will proactively manage the workflow of current tenders.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Support the team in various business development projects
  • Assist with the preparation of materials to support winning projects including tenders, capability statements and bids
  • Maintaining the Customer Relations System (CRM) and provide regular business development updates and sales reports on pipeline and outcome as required
  •  Maintain the library of documents for tenders and bids 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, working with tenders’ submissions and contract management
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics) or relevant industry experience
