The Opportunity
As the Bid Coordinator, you will join the regional bid management team and assist in the preparation of materials to support tenders, bids and related reporting. As a highly organised professional, you will proactively manage the workflow of current tenders.
Main responsibilities include:
- Support the team in various business development projects
- Assist with the preparation of materials to support winning projects including tenders, capability statements and bids
- Maintaining the Customer Relations System (CRM)
- Maintain the library of documents for tenders and bids
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role, working with tenders submissions and contract management
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
- Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics) or relevant industry experience
