The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Process Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our operational processes. In this role you will work closely with the Process Lead to refine and document standard operating procedures, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements across our broad range of spiral wound solutions used to rehabilitate water infrastructure.

In this role you will work with internal stakeholders to contribute directly to the optimisation of processes by applying lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. You will bring:

• Relevant degree level engineering qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document and refine processes for clarity and effectiveness
• Basic knowledge of lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
