The Opportunity
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Cost Estimator to join our high performing Project Delivery team in Western Sydney. In this role you will play a vital role in accurately estimating project costs, ensuring profitability, and supporting the successful completion of water infrastructure projects.
Your strength lies in understanding the project scope and working closely with the delivery team to develop comprehensive cost estimates that align with project requirements and budget constraints. You are an individual that enjoys partnering with others to develop a strategy, estimation & managing project risks.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Demonstrated experience in construction tender submissions / estimation, or as a civil, water or sewer engineer, or Quantity Surveyor
- High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
