The Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Program Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will elevate the maturity and consistency of our programs and processes by overseeing and enhancing our governance framework. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements, and maintaining the integrity of our governance processes in alignment with industry best practices.

Leveraging your expertise, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving process improvements across our construction-based program of works. Your collaborative approach will enable you to effectively communicate and embed governance processes with key stakeholders. You will be meticulous in developing metrics to assess governance initiatives, providing regular reports to the leadership team while ensuring accurate project records and data integrity in project control systems.

You will bring:

  • Minimum degree level qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Quality, Governance, Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction program governance, process improvement, or project management
  • Strong understanding of NEC contract requirements and governance frameworks
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and program management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
  • Proficiency in process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Visio)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
