The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our dedicated operations team in Mitchell. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, and delivery of projects on time, in full and on budget.

Main duties include:

  • Maintaining project records and documentation
  • Preparing and update reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • General site management and coordination with the support of the field leaders 
  • Coordinating sub-contractor engagement and documentation
  • Associated financial administration such as preparing progress claims

You will enjoy working as part of a team and get a kick out of delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated admin experience looking to take your career to the next level
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support both office and field based workforce
  • High level of planning and scheduling skills
  • High level of IT proficiency, computer literacy, MS Office Suite
  • Degree qualifications (civil, mechanical, construction management or project management) is beneficial but in no way essential
  • Ideally you will have exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater and potable water networks and / or pipeline rehabilitation (desirable but not necessary)
