The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating effective and engaging eLearning experiences. Your main responsibility will be to translate complex technical information into visually appealing, clear, and concise training modules using Articulate Storyline.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and insights, designing and developing interactive instructional content tailored for diverse audiences across the organisation. Additionally, you will conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all training materials meet the highest standards and effectively address training needs.

You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Adult Learning and/or instructional design
  • Advanced skills in using Articulate Storyline to author interactive and engaging eLearning modules
  • Strong understanding of the eLearning design and development process and industry best practice
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Recent experience creating systems (IT) based eLearning training modules/ simulations using Articulate Storyline
  • Ability to operate independently and project manage the task to deliver desired outcomes on time
