The Opportunity

As a P&C Business Partner, you will play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle spanning recruitment, performance appraisal, succession planning, remuneration, and beyond. Leveraging your leadership skills and HR expertise, you will act as a trusted strategic partner, coaching leaders and their teams to excel.

A champion of our values and behaviours, you will provide strong support in change management, organisational development, and leadership growth. With a proven track record in successfully leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion, you will ensure an outstanding people experience at every stage. Your ability to build long-term, trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • 10+ years of experience in a People & Capability Business Partner or similar HR leadership role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field
  • Extensive experience supporting Executive Managers in change management and business transformation
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic partnering, coaching, and change management skills
  • Ability to hold leaders accountable in a supportive and constructive manner, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
