The Opportunity

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence? As our Fleet & Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fleet and facilities strategy, ensuring they support our teams in delivering world-class solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team while developing and executing a fleet and facilities strategy that drives efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability. You will have the opportunity to foster technical and leadership growth within your team, oversee facility operations and compliance, and ensure our fleet and other assets are optimised to meet evolving business needs.

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively assess customer and operational requirements, ensuring our fleet and facilities align with current and future demands. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, improving asset management processes, and championing sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact.

You will bring:

  • Degree qualification in an engineering-related discipline
  • Extensive experience in fleet and asset management on a national scale
  • At least 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large, complex teams
  • A track record of driving engineering solutions and continuous improvement through strategic partnerships
