The Role:

We have an exciting and highly collaborative opportunity to join Infinite Aged Care in the role Hotel Services Coordinator reporting to the Group Hotel Service Manager. You will be responsible for coordinating hotel services quality standards, service consistency, compliance and being a trusted advisor to the teams in our commercial kitchens and support teams across our Southeast Queensland facilities. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be based in the Brisbane region and will have performed a multi-site role across hospitality and/or catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing & implementing agreed improvements to site policies, procedures and compliance activities across the departments in response to operational and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborating with site leaders on improvement measures to deliver best-in-class catering, dining & housekeeping services at each facility.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess & coach service quality improvements, standardisation & meeting compliance standards.
  • Monitoring budgets and expenses, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, contract negotiation and continuous improvement to the overall dining experience.
  • Foster high trust working relationships with key business leaders to deliver positive collaboration opportunities.

About You:

  • Highly collaborative, personable, approachable professional style and who is a natural coach.
  • Demonstrated abilities to partner with on-site Chef Managers, Team Leaders and daily supervisors to understand operational changes to work together in reaching positive solutions.
  • There is NO requirement to have Aged Care Sector experience, you could operate in hotel chains, corporate events, food production/delivery services and/or have experience opening up multi-branch operations where consistency and quality of hospitality standards is critical.
  • You are an expert at pivoting to operational demands & prioritising ensuring the end customer has an amazing dining experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, including HACCP principles with a strong compliance focus.
  • Demonstrates an ethos that all hospitality standards the end customer experience is critical.
  • Practical knowledge with commercial housekeeping, procurement & suppliers' systems
  • Highly Proficient computer skills, including experience with catering management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
