The Opportunity

An opportunity exists to join the Infinite team as a full time Payroll Officer. You will become part of the backbone of our existing Payroll team and will work closely with them to provide the very best Payroll service across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to develop a broad range of payroll skills, and a great fit for an outcome-focused individual who is looking for a challenge!
- Deliver timely and accurate payroll services, including fortnightly payroll, taxation, workers compensation and superannuation payments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate payroll records and prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports as required.
- Process all system onboarding of new employees into the HRIS & Payroll system (iChris) including understanding of terms and conditions and preparation of taxation and superannuation forms for payroll action.
- Preparing and processing payroll actions required within a fortnightly pay cycle including wage variations, terminations and leave entitlements.
- Monitoring a ticketing system (Zendesk) to manage enquiries and requests.
- Assist in end of month reconciliations and account integration preparation.
- General administration requirements as directed to ensure Payroll records and systems are accurate and efficiently maintained.

About You
At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so you DO NOT need experience in the aged care sector – you do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values of Diversity, Compassion, Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, and Empowerment and have a desire to provide the very best service in all that you do. In addition to this you have:
- Savvy skills with software systems, including Microsoft excel
- Exceptional data entry skills with accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly in writing
- Excellent time management with ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated a consultative approach to problem solving, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ideally have previous payroll experience
