Reporting to our Occupancy Partnership Manager, the Customer Admissions Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Infinite Care. Working between our Bundall national support office and our Ashmore Care Home, this position generates and qualifies leads assisting to drive occupancy in our homes. It requires a proactive approach to outreach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the needs of older adults and their families.
About You
We hire on attitude and aptitude, and a true passion for a job well done. Experience in healthcare admissions or in the aged care sector or similar environment is essential.
Additionally, you will possess:
- Strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner with the ability to cold call for new referrals
- The ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation at all times.
- 3+ years’ experience in healthcare admissions, preferably in an aged care industry
- In-depth knowledge of aged care regulations and compliance requirements.
- Previous marketing experience with the ability to establish a strong referral network and clients leads that will build a strong waitlist for all Infinite Care homes.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software for record-keeping and data management.
- Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines and KPIs.
- You will have a current NDIS clearance or the ability to apply for one.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all initial residential enquiry calls from the 1800 number and those that are forwarded direct from sites.
- Manage the admissions email inbox for dedicated regions.
- Remain current with knowledge of aged care fees, charges and rules to enable detailed conversations with enquirers.
- Manage all residential enquiries from the Infinite Care (IC) website and external websites for all homes.
- Manage all new enquiry in the CRM database and book a tour into the Customer Admissions Managers (CAM) outlook calendar applicable for that IC home.
- Stay up to date with relevant aged care regulations, policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance during the admission process.
