The Role
At Infinite Aged Care, the Administration Officer (Customer Support Assistant) works with key internal and external stakeholders including the General Manager, Nursing, and care staff as well as allied health care professionals, residents, and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
This role is Monday to Friday - Full time in our Tweed Heads Care Home on the Gold Coast: Aged Care Tweed Heads - Nursing Home | Infinite Care
Work time are rotated between 8am till 4pm and 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
About You
You are an experienced, administrator, who in addition to having an eye for detail, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (word, excel, power point)
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to “self-manage” and work to deadlines.
- Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
- A flexible and willing attitude and passion for quality Aged Care support.
- Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace
Whilst not essential experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded as would a certificate II or III in administration.
