The Academic Team Leader at ICHM is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing and directing the academic team. This position focuses on developing and promoting the highest standards in curriculum delivery and assessment.

Academic Team Leader

As the Academic Team Leader, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for academic activities, staff management, quality assurance, and student success initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning academic goals with institutional strategies
  • Leading curriculum reviews and development
  • Fostering a culture of teaching excellence and academic scholarship
  • Managing and developing academic staff
  • Overseeing assessment validation and moderation
  • Leading academic projects and resolving program challenges
  • Ensuring adherence to accreditation and compliance standards
  • Managing academic awards and scholarships
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Improving student outcomes through effective teaching practices and curriculum development

You will collaborate closely with academic staff, the Dean, and other institutional leaders. The role focuses on leadership, innovation, quality, and student success.

About You

  • PhD in a relevant discipline such as business, humanities, or education
