The role
Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for an experienced Heavy-Combination (HC) licenced Driver to drive a Cement Tanker on a permanent basis. Primarily working out of our Yatala site you will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials used in the production of concrete and aggregates to multiple sites, as well as for vehicle upkeep.
This is an Afternoon Shift position commencing at 3pm Monday to Friday with some weekend work available

Responsibilities
- Load and deliver raw materials to company sites within SEQ
- Ensure safety, health & environment standards are maintained
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
- Complete basic documentation
- Maintain professional customer relationships
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition
What you will need to succeed
- Current HC drivers’ licence with at least 12 months driving experience in multi/heavy combination vehicles
- Be able to provide driver licence history check - essential
- A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work independently
- Previous tanker experience advantageous but not required
- Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required
