Agitator Driver

Hytec is seeking a safety-focused Heavy Rigid (HR) licensed Driver to join our team delivering concrete in Mitcham, VIC.

You will drive concrete mixer trucks to transport premixed concrete to customer sites in a timely and safe manner.

If you want to build a career driving specialized vehicles, we offer training to operate concrete agitator trucks.

In this customer-facing role, you will:

• Deliver concrete orders to client locations
• Manage concrete to required slump tolerance levels
• Discharge loads safely
• Develop positive customer relationships
• Complete documentation
• Maintain a clean, tidy truck
• Comply with Chain of Responsibility and fatigue management requirements

To be successful you will need:

• A current HR driver's licence and clean history
• A white card
• Self-direction and integrity
• A team focus and commitment to customer service
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
