Who you are

As an Implementation Consultant at Humanforce, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way our clients manage their workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional implementation and consulting services to both new and existing customers. With a laser focus on our Humanforce Talent implementations, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique needs, configure our solutions to meet those needs, and ensure a seamless transition to our platform.   

You will work closely with Services Managers, Project Managers and the Professional Services team, this role guides customers through implementations, ensuring optimal customer success through system utilisation design, configuration and testing.

 

What you will do

  • Scope Implementation Projects: Define project goals, assess client needs, and create project plans.   
  • Train and Educate Clients: Conduct training sessions, provide resources, and offer ongoing guidance.   
  • Build and Configure Solutions: Customise Humanforce's Talent platform to meet client requirements.   
  • Test Implementations: Ensure functionality and integration through rigorous testing.   
  • Integrate Systems: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Humanforce with client systems.   
  • Troubleshoot and Support: Address issues and provide ongoing technical support.   
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and gather feedback.   
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate progress reports. 
  • Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to processes: Ways and methods for system design, configuration, testing and requirements gathering to maintain consistency and quality across implementations.  

 

 What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
  • Experience working in workforce management or human resource consulting or a professional services environment, with experience in high-impact project management or customer delivery roles. 
  • HCM or Talent Implementation Experience. Demonstrated expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems or Talent Management systems.   
  • Thrives in complex, dynamic work environments and excels in problem-solving.   
  • Experience delivering training in various formats (classroom, online, pre-recorded). 
  • High learning agility and professionalism. 
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and project management tools. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work autonomously. 
  • Problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering results.   

Some ‘nice to haves’

  • Knowledge of MS SQL is advantageous. 
  • Background in business analysis and business process mapping or consulting.
