Who you are

  • An experienced HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with broad, end-to-end employee lifecycle experience. 
  • A trusted advisor who builds credibility and partners effectively with business leaders 
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance business outcomes with great people experiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Curious about technology and continuous improvement, with a passion for finding smarter, more effective ways of working. 
  • Practical and hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and deliver outcomes. 
  • Confident balancing empathy with pragmatism when managing complex or sensitive people matters. 
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships 

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to provide trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, talent, organisational design, employee relations and workforce planning. 
  • Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capability. 
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including role design, workforce transitions and business transformation projects. 
  • Lead or contribute to key People & Culture programs, including remuneration reviews, talent and succession planning, performance cycles and employee experience initiatives. 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve and modernise People & Culture processes through technology, automation and continuous improvement. 
  • Use people insights and data to support decision-making and identify trends, risks and opportunities. 
  • Partner closely with the broader People & Culture team to deliver consistent, scalable and high-quality people solutions. 
  • Contribute to evolving our People & Culture operating model as the business continues to grow and mature. 

 What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong knowledge across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organisational change, performance management and leadership coaching. 
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement when balancing people and business outcomes. 
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS or other high-growth environment will be highly regarded.
  • A growth mindset with a genuine interest in leveraging technology and new ways of working to improve the employee experience.
