What’s involved:
As the Hospitality Trainee, you will gain a range of hands-on experience and skills within the workplace whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Key activities you can expect will be:
- Customer Service Duties
- Serving to Tables
- Cleaning Duties
- Setting up tables for daily service eg, breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
- Participating in functions
To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, looking to kick-start your career with a Traineeship! You will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties.

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship in NSW you must be either an:
- Australian Citizenship
- Australian Permanent Residency
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
