Job description

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious marketing professional who is strategic, entrepreneurial, and hungry to make an impact. As a Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for delivering marketing initiatives across HPX Group that help increase brand awareness and consideration in market, as well as generate leads from our target audience.

Working closely with the BD and Marketing team, as well as business leaders and subject matter experts to define the marketing calendar, you’ll bring the Source and Helios brands to life across every touchpoint. From social media to email marketing and SEO, you’ll build awareness of HPX Group brands using digital marketing, then nurture those audiences from consideration to conversion. A creative and strategic thinker, you’ll use your copywriting and design prowess to capture attention and educate audiences across various channels, and leverage reporting and analytics to optimise and improve campaigns.

Beyond marketing initiatives, you’ll also play a key role in developing and managing internal communications across HPX Group, ensuring collaboration and connectedness across our different offices and businesses.

Your role

Source and Helios

• Co-develop the Source and Helios’ marketing strategies with the Head of Marketing and Communications, in line with the Business Development strategy and broader company objectives.

• Execute targeted marketing initiatives across different formats and channels, including the website, social media, email newsletters, SEO, events, content, PR and sponsorships.

• Oversee lead generation efforts, including organic and paid efforts, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Work closely with Source Principals and Helios Directors/Partners to create targeted marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads for their target audiences.

• Provide reporting on marketing initiatives, measuring ROI and providing recommendations for future campaigns.

Internal communications

• Develop and execute the internal communications content calendar in line with the broader HPX Group business strategy, and key national and international dates of significance.

• Manage and refine company-wide communications to facilitate collaboration and inclusivity, including weekly e-news, Portal posts, and company-wide emails.

• Provide reporting on marketing initiatives, measuring ROI and providing recommendations for future campaigns.

Skills required

• 4+ years' proven experience in a similar role within marketing, communications or content creation.

• Strong written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Creative mindset, and experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM and social media.

• Excellent knowledge of, and experience using a CMS and CRM. Experience using Wordpress and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

• Ability to analyse data, and action strategies accordingly to identify trends, generate sales growth and maximise conversion.

• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, while organising and structuring complex information.

• Exceptional interpersonal engagement and communications (oral / written).

• Strong administrative, coordination and project execution experience.

• Experience within professional services is highly desirable.
