How will you make an impact?
As a Transition Manager, you will drive the seamless onboarding of new employers, setting them up for success and ensuring our members benefit from a smooth transition. You’ll be instrumental in creating an exceptional transition journey by developing and implementing frameworks, timelines, and plans that align with our service standards and promises to our employer's and their workforce.
The opportunity
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end project management for onboarding new employer wins. Working closely with our New Business and Account Management teams, you’ll design and coordinate transition frameworks, governance structures, and communication plans to keep all stakeholders aligned. You’ll represent the needs of new employers, ensuring a clear, effective process that meets business outcomes and exceeds employer expectations. This role is also central to resolving any issues, managing risks, and updating leadership on progress, making you a key contributor to our continued growth and retention of employers.
About you
With 5+ years of experience in transition management, relationship management, or new business development within superannuation or financial services, you’re adept at building trust and managing complex transitions. Your strong project management skills and deep understanding of employer superannuation obligations allows you to navigate requirements confidently. You bring exceptional communication skills, a thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance, and a commitment to continuous improvement, all while focusing on delivering quality outcomes for our members and employers. Your ability to collaborate and provide expert insights will be essential to enhance our transition methodology and streamline onboarding processes.
