The Opportunity

 HCA’s Revesby Branch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator within a permanent full-time capacity. As a Service Administrator you will be an influential member of the Service team, processing customer and subcontractor invoices & purchase orders, opening workorders and closing these off once works are completed and approved for invoicing and processing monthly invoicing for Service Contracts.

 Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the local administration of the Service Department.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, organising workflows in MS Dynamics.
  • Payroll support - collating timesheets and leave in Kronos.
  • Compile information required for internal & external audits.
  • Service contract preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing.
  • Assist in other general Service administration tasks.
  • Maintenance of local databases to track WIP.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile.
  • Experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience in Service administration.
  • Knowledge of earthmoving equipment would be advantageous.
  • Sound administration and database management experience.
