The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to assist the Wenco department, by providing support and working together with the Wenco team to ensure the administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate process.
This role will be based at our Brisbane Corporate Support Office, located Wacol.
Reporting to the National Manager – Mining Technology you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the National Manager and Wenco sales team and general administration tasks including supporting mining sales team
- Source quotes and raise vendor purchase orders
- Maintaining Wenco spreadsheets, QA procedures and reports
- Managing tasks within the Dealer Management System (Dynamics)
- Ordering and management of promotional goods for the mining department
- To be conversant with and take an active part in all Quality Procedures
To be successful in your application you will need:
- 12+ months of experience in a Sales admin role
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise workload with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external stakeholders
