The Role
We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Parts Interpreter to join our National Support Centre working from our Forrestdale office. This position will make you the primary point of contact for inbound queries relating to machinery spare parts. You will be required to interpret and identify parts, provide thorough parts technical advice whilst delivering exceptional customer service
Responsibilities include:
- Being the primary point of contact for inbound queries relating to spare parts but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
- Using electronic parts diagram or parts catalogue to identify and source parts for customers
- Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to details
As the ideal candidate you will possess the following key attributes:
- Parts interpreter or technical support/customer service experience and knowledge within related industries such as construction / mining equipment, agriculture, material handling and/or automotive industries
- A helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
- Excellent time management and ability to be able to multitask and navigate between system and databases
