Due to growing demand, our Perth Branch is seeking a Product Support Representative – Mining to join its Customer Support team.

This role involves traveling across Western Australia to assist customers with technical issues and develop solutions tailored to their needs. The position will also provide technical and diagnostic support to HCA staff

 Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the main responsibilities include:

  • Support of the Hitachi Mining Fleet
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations, trouble shooting and fault finding
  • Performing hydraulic testing, machine inspections and produce condition reports.
  • Working with internal departments to provide high levels of service.
  • Promoting parts and service in line with branch sales and margin targets

To be successful you will need:

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage customer base.
  • Mine site experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge of mining equipment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel to site as required in line with customer needs.
