Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

Shift Times: 10:24pm – 6:00am

The Opportunity

As part of the National Contact Centre team based in Revesby, this role will make you the first point of contact with our customers, responding to inbound queries, processing emails, and web portals.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with availability to work Overnight shifts to support our customer base on a permanent basis. This is a remote working position, where you will have the opportunity to work from home full-time.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, on a Tuesday – Saturday roster
  • Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
  • The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
