The opportunity

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team working on a part time basis. You will work five days per week (Monday - Friday) between 9am - 3pm. In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Run various personal errands, which will require driving to various locations within Canberra.
  • Type and edit documents, including from dictations.
  • Diary management, including coordinating and managing appointments.
  • Book travel & accommodation.
  • Organising filing, archiving and other storage.
  • Print and collate documents.

Required skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar administrator or personal assistant role.
  • A helpful, warm and inclusive person who enjoys helping people.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, including typing skills.
  • Confident to work autonomously and manage your own priorities.
