The opportunity
As a Bid Coordinator at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new construction projects across Australia. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will:
- Coordinate tender responses
- Research, write, compile and edit tender content
- Develop bid and tender processes, templates and other resources
- Maintain the bids and opportunities database
To be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, Marketing
- Experience preparing bids & tenders (preferably in the Construction industry)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative
