Our Project planning team is growing, giving us the opportunity for an experienced residential construction professional to join the team at our office in Mt Waverley.

About your new career

As part of our Project Planning team aka Customer Service Administrator, you are responsible for partnering with our customers on the journey of building a Henley home that is right for them now and into the future. Working within a tight knit team, you will utilise your customer centric and workflow administration skills to deliver a seamless new build journey for both internal and external customers.

You will play a pivotal role in our customers’ building journey by offering them support and guidance through what can be a complex and emotional process. A big part of this support is the coordination of the customer’s build throughout internal and external processes – taking care of the important back-end components so our customers can move through the journey with ease.
