About the role:
This varied role will see you out and about on the road visiting our constructions site, liaising with our contractors to ensure health and safety standards are being met across the board.
You will be autonomous in managing your own schedule with a typical week consisting of on-site visits and office days for administration, compliance and follow up tasks.
Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure onsite safety throughout our home building projects, you'll also manage key suppliers and contractors relationships.

What you can expect to be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Driving to our Melbourne sites to conduct HSE inspections and audits interacting with our trades, contractors and suppliers
- Assist with the approval and management of contractors, suppliers, and trades to Henley requirements (e.g SWMS and other compliance documents)
- Assist with HSE projects
- Ongoing training and support from very supportive team
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Certificate IV in WHS or OHS or on your way to obtaining them
- Previous experience in a HSE capacity or exposure to workplace safety is desirable
- Experience in the residential construction or similar industry desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with trades onsite
- Previous experience with safety-based applications (e.g., Linksafe and Lucidity) is desirable
