New Home Associate - Tarneit

We are on the lookout for a New Home Sales Associate to join our team at our Tarneit Display in the Alamora estate. We are looking for someone with availability to work 35 hours a week (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun & Mon) from 10.30am - 6pm.

About Your New Career:

You will play an integral role during the initial stages of this exciting and memorable experience for our customers. This will look a little like:  

• Welcoming our customers into our new home displays and experience centres 
• Understanding their needs and providing them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes 
• Helping our award-winning designs shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites 
• Keeping our product information and databases up to date to enable a great experience for our customers and sales team 
• Getting in touch with our customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to our team 

About You:

You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic, and engaging service to them.

You are confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone. You don’t shy away from conversations with new faces and value the importance of building meaningful relationships with your peers and our customers.
