The Role:

As a key member of our marketing team and partnering with all areas of our business, you will be responsible for leading and executing our corporate communications strategies, engaging with a large number of stakeholder groups both internally and externally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be responsible for the development and execution of our corporate communications strategy and planning, across a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups and audiences
  • Execute against these strategies and plans, and take responsibility for all day-to-day communications-related activities
  • Creation of high-quality and engaging communications and content
  • Partner with our external PR agency to deliver against agreed objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, the media, industry bodies, and key partners to enhance Haymes Paint’s brand reputation
  • Provide communications support for key projects and change initiatives
  • Be a key contributor to ESG strategies, initiatives and related communications
  • Monitor performance, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across of the corporate communications function

 What We’re Looking For:

  • An experienced corporate communications professional to take the lead on all communications activity across our business
  • Proven corporate communications experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholder groups and audiences
  • Exposure to ESG requirements, strategy development and execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and engage
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven self-leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, and the ability to create high-quality content to engage and influence
  • Commercial acumen and awareness
