About the Role
Do you love the buzz of a busy warehouse and the smell of fresh flowers? We're looking for someone to join our friendly and inclusive team as a Casual Warehouse Assistant at our workspace in Brisbane’s Rocklea Markets!
In this role, you’ll be jumping in to help with a variety of tasks, including the preparation and packaging of stunning flowers and bouquets. You’ll also be involved in general warehouse duties, from assisting with logistics to unpacking trucks—no two days are the same!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the preparation and packaging of flowers and bouquets—spread a little joy with every petal!
- Unpacking and organising trucks like a pro
- Managing your workspace with pride, ensuring it’s clean and efficient
- Helping our QLD stores by packing and dispatching products
- Rotating stock to minimise waste and keep things fresh
- Improving systems and procedures to keep us moving smoothly
What You’ll Need:
- A love for teamwork and a bubbly personality that shines in any situation
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment (and if you've worked with flowers, that’s a bonus!)
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Weekend availability (because that’s when the magic happens!)
- Your own transport—shifts start at 3 am, so being an early bird with wheels is a must!
- Forklift license? Cool! If not, no worries, we can train you!
