The Role

Are you someone who loves food, loves chatting with people, and loves keeping things fresh? Then we need you! As a Full-Time Shop Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our store, helping customers, keeping our shelves stocked and looking fab, and making sure the whole store has that Harris Farm sparkle.

You’ll work with an energetic team who are all about making shopping fun, fresh, and friendly for every customer. So, if you’ve got a passion for food and a knack for making people smile, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making customers smile: You’ll greet and help customers with a big smile, offering great service and a friendly chat (food is always the best topic!).
• Keeping things fresh: Ensure displays are looking gorgeous, and our shelves are always well-stocked with the best produce.
• Surprise & delight: You’ll help offer delicious, mouth-watering food that keeps our customers coming back for more.
• Attention to detail: You’ll make sure signage and pricing are spot-on and everything is in tip-top order.
• Stock hero: Keep our back stock looking organized and easy to access for the team.
• Safety first: Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, because we’re all about the good vibes and smooth shopping experience!
• Sampling fun: Help with food sampling and keep the sample areas looking fresh and inviting.
• Health & safety: Follow all health and safety procedures to keep everything running like clockwork!

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail experience? Perfect! If not, no worries – we’ll teach you everything you need to know just have the right attitude.
• Customer-focused: You love making people’s day better by helping them find exactly what they need (and maybe adding a little extra joy to their shopping experience!).
• Team player: You know teamwork makes the dream work, and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
• Passionate about food: You’re into fresh, local, and delicious produce and can’t wait to share it with others.
• Flexible availability: We’re a busy store across 7 days, so your ability to jump in when needed is a big plus!
