📌 Position Description

As Warehouse Supervisor - Flowers, you’ll take charge of our daily warehouse operations, ensuring our team works efficiently, stock is handled correctly, and every flower reaches its destination in perfect condition. You’ll oversee a team of Warehouse assistants, guiding them with clear direction, motivation, and support to keep our floral operations running smoothly.

This role is a Sunday to Friday week, with the hours of 7:30pm - 2am (NIGHTSHIFT).

In peak times, for instance, Mothers Day, additional hours may be required to suit the business needs, to get the job done.

You’ll be responsible for:

🌸 Managing the warehouse team – leading, coaching, and keeping spirits high

🌸 Ensuring stock accuracy – keeping track of incoming and outgoing flowers with precision

🌸 Maintaining smooth warehouse operations – coordinating deliveries, reducing waste, and troubleshooting issues

🌸 Working closely with key stakeholders – liaising with buyers, store managers, and suppliers to ensure seamless supply

🌸 Keeping safety first – ensuring all WHS and food safety regulations are met

💪 What You Bring to the Team

✅ Experience in a warehouse environment – ideally with a leadership background

✅ Strong problem-solving skills – you keep things moving, no matter the challenge

✅ Ability to motivate and manage a team – you lead by example

✅ Great communication skills – you're confident dealing with different stakeholders

✅ Tech-savvy mindset – experience with Microsoft D365 is a plus but not essential

✅ A hands-on, proactive approach – you get in and get the job done!
