About Us

Whether you’re a Shop Assistant, Supervisor, 2IC, or Operations Co-Ordinator, you’ll be helping us reconnect Aussies with the natural joys of food, while making our stores a place that customers love to visit.

The Role

• Be the face of the store: Greet our customers with a smile and offer them excellent service.
• Surprise and delight: Offer top-quality, delicious food that keeps them coming back for more.
• Fresh vibes: Keep our displays looking fresh and tidy while ensuring the shelves are well-stocked.
• Accuracy matters: Make sure pricing and signage are spot on.
• Stock up and organize: Ensure everything is fully stocked, fresh, and in order.
• Safety first: Keep the store safe, clean, and well-organized – happy customers = happy life!
• Be a food ambassador: Help with food sampling programs and keep it all fresh and inviting.
• Follow the rules: Stick to health and safety procedures to keep everything running smoothly.

For those stepping into Supervisor, Section Lead, Operations Co-Ordinator, or 2IC roles, you’ll also be involved in staff training, rostering, team management, and more.
