Position: Full-Time Roles Available

The Roles:

As Shops Assistants and key retail team members like Supervisors, 2IC, Operations Co-Ordinators you’ll play an essential part in providing outstanding customer service, supporting all departments and ensuring our stores remain fresh and inviting. We will also be holding group style interview sessions for these positions.

If you are successful you must be willing to be placed at any of our North Shore store locations as advertised.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of our store: Deliver excellent customer service and cater to our customers' needs.
  • Surprise and delight: Offer delicious food that brings smiles to our customers.
  • Keep it fresh: Maintain appealing displays and ensure cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked.
  • Stay accurate: Ensure department signage and pricing are correct.
  • Stock up: Keep shelves, frozen, and dairy cases fully stocked and organized.
  • Stay organized: Maintain back stock in good order.
  • Safety first: Uphold a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
  • Be a food ambassador: Assist with food sampling programs and maintain a clean, appealing sample area.
  • Follow the rules: Adhere to all health and safety procedures.


  • For all Supervisor, Section Lead, Operations Co-Ordinator and 2IC roles, there will additional duties for example; Staff Training/Supervision, Rostering, Team Management and much more.
